Buy Back Policy
At Jewels by NK, we offer a transparent and fair buyback policy for our customers. The buyback value of your jewelry will be determined based on the prevailing market value, as evaluated by Jewels by NK. Please review the details below:
1. Buyback Value Calculation
Plain Gold Jewellery: 90% of the current market value of the product (based on the net weight of the metal).
Plain Platinum Jewellery: 75% of the current market value of the product (based on the net weight of the metal).
Diamond with Gold Jewellery / Diamond with Platinum Jewellery: 75% of the current market value of the product (based on the net weight of the metal and the total carat weight of the diamonds).
Gemstone with Gold Jewellery / Gemstone with Platinum Jewellery: 65% of the current market value of the product (based on the net weight of the metal and the total carat weight of the gemstones).
Uncut Diamonds, Polki Jewellery: 75% of the current market value of the product.
Kundan, Cubic Zirconia (CZ), or American Diamonds with Gold Jewellery: 90% of the current market value of the product (based on the net weight of the metal only).
Gold Coins: 98% of the current market value of the product.
2. Market Value Determination
The prevailing market value will be determined solely by Jewels by NK based on current industry rates.
3. Conditions for Buyback
The original invoice and authenticity certificate (if provided) must be presented at the time of buyback.
The product must be in its original condition and subject to verification by our team.
Buyback is applicable only to jewelry purchased from Jewels by NK.
Any additional charges, such as making charges, will not be refunded.
4. Policy Updates
Jewels by NK reserves the right to modify or update this buyback policy at any time without prior notice.
